Coaching and therapy
The coaching and therapy I offer consists of combinations of valuable elements. My ultimate goal is to help you gain awareness and deal with the obstacles you face. My guidance consists of a face-to-face meeting where we conduct several exercises and a breathing session together. These exercises are aimed at bringing you in closer contact with your body. Furthermore, these exercises help make you more aware of your communication and why you respond the way you do. Adequately managing emotions, behavioural patterns and patterns of responding is not always easy.
My practice draws from Psychomotor therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), transactional analysis and Systemic work. I also bring in additional elements from meditation practice and breathwork. After an initial meeting we can discuss what is appropriate and needed for your situation. Online coaching is also a possibility.
Costs are 130 euro per meeting. A meeting lasts 2,5 to 3 hours. Please ask me for reduced prices in pesos.
